DINING EXPERIENCE
We believe that our cuisine should be memorable and it certainly is according to our guest reviews….Our chefs have been with us for years so we have had the opportunity to build a vast body of options and write our experiences as the Mafia Island Cookbook …the chefs get refresher training from a restaurateur friend from England and are always experimenting with new ideas and adaptations for our local ingredients.
Naturally we have lots of fresh seafood, fruit and vegetables but we cater for the meat-eaters or vegetarians (or any other food requirement) just as well. Over the years we have created everything from kosher food to catering for cruise ships ! So chat with our chefs and just let us know and we’ll look after you with our unique dishes.
WINE TASTING
Once a week we offer a wine tasting at the Wine Cellar during the happy hour, just after sundown, with that lovely blue lagoon light in the sky..... and hors d'oeuvres complement the wines presented beneath the fairy lights of the Sunset Bar.
This is a fine opportunity to meet everyone in-house ... and arrange the nezt day's activities with the Blue World activities team.
